Expert in pharmaceutical and chemical design, senior engineer, consulting engineer (investment), registered chemical engineer, registered power engineer, member of the China Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology Committee of the International Pharmaceutical Project Management Association (IPPM), executive member of the Pharmaceutical Technology Professional Committee of the China Medical Education Association, corporate mentor at Dalian University of Technology, and chief designer of TIANS.

Graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. The design project covers product types such as active pharmaceutical ingredients, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, solid preparations, sterile active pharmaceutical ingredients, and sterile preparations.

As the main designer, participated in projects including the Haizheng Pfizer Pharmaceutical Project, Zhejiang Haizheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Waisha Preparation Project, Kelun Group Ili Chuanning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. 10000 ton Antibiotic Phase II Project, Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Headquarters Relocation and Upgrading Project, Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It has won several national engineering design awards and design engineering achievement awards, innovation talents of Hebei technology-based SMEs, outstanding contributors of Hebei Excellent Enterprise Technology Center, exemplary individual in the engineering survey and design cost consultation industry of Shijiazhuang, young top talents of Shijiazhuang, outstanding enterprise managers in the construction industry of Shijiazhuang, etc.

Published 4 papers including "A Design Concept for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in Pharmaceutical Plants", obtained 12 authorized patents such as "A Microbial Fermentation Control Tank", undertaken 6 provincial and municipal scientific research projects such as "Research and Application of Harmless Treatment Technology for Typical VOCs in Pharmaceutical Processes", and participated in 2 scientific and technological achievements such as "VOCs Waste Gas Treatment Technology and Equipment in the Pharmaceutical Industry", which were rated as leading in China.
