The two revised standards drafted by the National Technical Committee for the standardization of clean rooms and related controlled environments will realize the reasonable division of controlled environment, determine the clean rooms and related controlled environment grades with different working objectives, and help to reduce unnecessary construction costs and energy consumption. Tianjushi Group held the science and technology project approval review meeting in 2020
